🎡 Casual Labourers / Ride Operators – Weekends – Amusement Company (Caboolture, QLD)

📍 Location: Caboolture, QLD, working various location in south east Queensland
💼 Employment Type: Casual (primarily weekends)
🔞 Over 18s only

We’re an established Amusement Company based in South East Queensland and we’re on the lookout for energetic, reliable, and hands-on individuals to join our casual team!

🚧 What You'll Be Doing:
-Set up, operate and pack down of amusement rides and equipment at various event locations and provide a safe and fun experience for our guests

-Engage with patrons and contribute to a fun, family-friendly atmosphere

🛠️ What You’ll Need:
-Previous Experience within the Amusement industry is ideal, however on the job training can be provided

-Must be over 18 years of age

-Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) – paid employee version only (or willingness to obtain before starting)

-Valid driver’s licence (or reliable transport)

-Physically fit – heavy lifting, long hours, and manual work are all part of the job

-Able to work weekends and potentially some weekdays during busy periods

-A strong work ethic, team spirit, and great attitude

✅ Desirable (Not essential but a big plus):
-HR or HC truck licence
-Experience with manual labour or amusement equipment

💰 Pay:
-Wages are calculated under the Travelling Showmen’s Award – Casual rates

This year marks 20 years supplying rides to the Qld Garden Expo, this year we have bought along our massive Underwater Adventure castle, the Cup and Saucer and the always popular Jumbo Slide, the rides are free with your Garden Show ticket and we are here from Thursday till Sunday.

Another new ride for us for the 2024 season is the massive Underwater Adventure jumping castle, add this to your ride package when locking in your booking.

We can’t wait to visit Stanthorpe again for the Stanthorpe Apple and Grape Harvest Festival

Another family favourite is the Cup and Saucer ride, we are never sure if the parents are riding to look after the kids or if the kids are just an excuse for the young at heart, add the Cup and Saucer to your rides package or have it on its own for your next event.

Come on down for some epic food and fun rides this Sunday from 11am

Come celebrate New Years Eve with us at Bongaree Park on Bribie Island, we will be right in the waterfront, with live entertainment and fireworks, it will be a great night out for the family

The Super Sizzler is another ride available to us from one of our trusted suppliers, it’s definitely a crowd favourite for riders of all ages.
