SENIOR EXCURSION | This week, the Year 11 Art students visited Boondal Wetlands, Skydeck and GOMA in preparation for upcoming IA1 work. They got to view different environments from different perspectives and take photos of what they found captivating, while developing an understanding of how this impacts their thinking and feelings.

A quick update from the College

Our Year 8 students are leading a fundraising initiative to support Destiny Rescue. By collecting eligible drink containers, we can keep recyclable materials out of landfills whilst raising funds to help rescue children from human trafficking and exploitation.

How You Can Help:
Bring in items from home: Please bring your eligible empty drink containers (most 150ml–3L aluminum cans, plastic/glass bottles, and liquid paperboard cartons displaying the 10¢ refund mark) and drop them into the designated bins.
Encourage students: Remind your classes to use these specific bins for their recess and lunch drink containers rather than standard general waste.
More events will be happening closer to the end of term. Thank you for supporting Year 8 in making a real impact!

DENTAL PROGRAM REMINDER | Registrations for the Mobile Dental Program close next Monday, 31 August. Families wishing to participate can register using the QR code or by completing and returning the forms provided to students.

Monday is the final day to register, allowing the Australian Dental Foundation sufficient time to finalise appointments before the program begins in October.
