We operate 5 days a week from 6:30am - 6:30pm. We offer Long Day Care and Before and After School Care.

MEET OUR TEAM | SCHOOLIES EDUCATORS

Today we’re introducing the wonderful educators behind our Schoolies Before & After School Care Program — Miss Toni, Miss Maddie and Miss Katie!

Our Schoolies program is a little different from our younger learning environments. Guided by the My Time, Our Place framework, our educators recognise that before and after school should be a time where children can unwind, connect with friends, make choices and enjoy experiences shaped by their own interests. Our Schoolies team works hard to ensure our school-aged children have a space that feels like theirs — somewhere they feel safe, respected, heard and excited to return to.

Miss Toni is our Before School Care Senior Educator and Art Teacher, bringing creativity, consistency and a wonderfully calming presence to our Schoolies mornings. She understands that every child starts their day differently and creates a welcoming environment where children can ease into their morning, connect with friends and prepare positively for the school day ahead.

Creativity is where Miss Toni truly shines! As our Art Teacher, she provides opportunities that go far beyond simply making something to take home. Through painting, drawing, mixed media, collaborative projects and experimenting with different techniques, she encourages children to express themselves, develop their own creative style and take pride in their ideas. Miss Toni gives children the freedom to create without everything needing to look the same, allowing their individuality and imagination to take the lead.

Miss Maddie is our Senior Educator and has done an incredible job developing our Schoolies program throughout this year. She has worked hard to create a fun, safe and inclusive environment where our school-aged children genuinely enjoy spending their mornings and afternoons.

Her vibrant personality brings plenty of energy to the space, and she isn’t afraid of a spontaneous dance party or a bit of fun! But behind that energy is an educator who genuinely listens to her children. Miss Maddie celebrates their achievements, encourages their ideas and ensures their voices influence what happens within their program. Her interests in gardening, sustainability and community connection also provide plenty of opportunities for children to participate in hands-on projects, take responsibility for their environment and connect their learning with the wider world.

Miss Katie is our Assistant Educator within the Schoolies space and a familiar, much-loved face across our service. Having recently returned from maternity leave, we are so excited to have her back and can’t wait to see everything she brings to our Schoolies program.

In the mornings, Miss Katie is a familiar and reassuring face on the bus, helping our children feel safe, comfortable and supported as they transition from care into their school day. In the afternoons, you’ll find her right amongst the fun — playing, chatting, laughing and connecting with the children as they enjoy their time after school.

Warm, kind, caring, bubbly and fun, Miss Katie has a beautiful ability to connect with both children and families. Her genuine care and approachable nature make her a safe person for our children to turn to and an incredible asset to our Schoolies team. As someone our families and children already know and trust, we truly value Miss Katie and are so grateful to have her as part of this space.

Together, Miss Toni, Miss Maddie and Miss Katie deliver a well-rounded Before & After School Care program that reflects My Time, Our Place — supporting children’s wellbeing, identity, confidence, creativity, friendships and sense of belonging while respecting that their time outside of school should also be filled with choice, relaxation and FUN!

Happy Educators’ Day 2026! 🧡

Today we celebrate the incredible educators who make LEAD Childcare Caboolture such a special place.

To our amazing team - thank you. Thank you for the love, patience, care, creativity and energy you bring through our doors every single day. Thank you for the cuddles, the laughs, the messy play, the learning, the reassurance and the countless little moments that make such a BIG difference in the lives of our children and families.

Today was all about celebrating YOU! We enjoyed lots of yummy snacks, a delicious frozen yoghurt bar and Starbucks gift cards as a little way of saying thank you for everything you do. 🍦🍓

We appreciate you all more than words can say and feel incredibly lucky to have such a passionate, caring and dedicated team here at LEAD Caboolture. We hope you know just how valued you are - not only today, but every day.

MEET OUR TEAM | NURSERY EDUCATORS

It’s time to introduce the wonderful educators caring for some of the littlest members of our LEAD Caboolture family — Miss Mel and Miss Teagan!

Miss Mel is our Senior Educator and is currently working towards her Diploma, alongside Miss Teagan, our Assistant Educator. Together, they create a Nursery environment where nurturing relationships, responsive care and meaningful early learning are at the heart of every day.

Miss Mel brings the fun, creativity and plenty of messy play! Playful and incredibly nurturing, she loves creating opportunities for our babies to explore — whether that means paint-splattered adventures, sensory discoveries or getting their little hands into something new. Behind all that fun is an educator who understands just how important consistency and individualised care are during these earliest years. Miss Mel takes great care to understand each child’s individual routines, cues, preferences and needs, ensuring our babies feel safe, secure and truly known while in her care.

Miss Teagan has truly found her niche in our Nursery. She is hardworking, adaptable and passionate, with a drive to continually learn and grow in her role. She brings a calm, kind and caring approach to her interactions and has built beautiful, trusting relationships with both children and families. Miss Teagan understands that with babies, the smallest moments are often the most important — a reassuring cuddle, responding to a child’s cues, encouraging those first attempts at something new or simply being a familiar and comforting face. Her confidence continues to shine, and her willingness to learn, contribute and step up makes her such an asset to our Nursery and wider team.

Together, Miss Mel and Miss Teagan provide a Nursery environment where our littlest learners can feel safe and secure, form strong attachments, explore through their senses, develop at their own pace and experience plenty of love, laughter and connection along the way.

MEET OUR TEAM | TODDLER EDUCATORS

Next up in our staff introductions, we’re excited to introduce the beautiful team behind our Toddler room — Miss Saranya and Miss Sophie!

Miss Saranya is our Diploma-qualified Senior Educator, working alongside Miss Sophie, our Assistant Educator who is currently studying towards her Certificate III. Together, they create a Toddler environment filled with nurturing relationships, meaningful learning and plenty of opportunities for our little learners to explore their growing world.

What can’t Miss Saranya do?! The beautiful program she creates for her Toddlers is a true reflection of how well she knows and values every child in her care. She is a strong advocate for her children and uses their individual interests, emerging skills and curiosity to create meaningful experiences that support their learning and development. Patient, kind and incredibly nurturing, Miss Saranya provides the security our little learners need while encouraging them to become increasingly confident, capable and independent.

Miss Saranya is also passionate about ensuring her children are connected to the world around them. From Pram Kindy adventures in our local community to building relationships across our LEAD Caboolture community, she is always looking for opportunities to extend their learning beyond the room. She contributes so much across our entire service, and that passion for connection shines through in the opportunities she creates for her children.

Miss Sophie is newer to the early childhood profession and is continuing to build her knowledge and confidence as she works towards her Certificate III. She has embraced the Toddler age group and enjoys being part of these important early years of learning and development. Hardworking, adaptable and caring, Sophie works closely alongside Miss Saranya to support the children’s routines, experiences and learning throughout each day. She is still learning the ropes, but continues to grow through every experience and has become a valued part of our Toddler team.

Together, Miss Saranya and Miss Sophie create a space where our Toddlers can feel secure, explore freely, build relationships, develop their independence and learn through meaningful play and connection.

MEET OUR TEAM | JUNIOR KINDY EDUCATORS

Next up in our staff introductions, we’re excited to introduce the lovely team behind our Junior Kindy room — Miss Libby and Miss Chey M!

Miss Libby is our Senior Educator, currently working towards her Diploma, alongside Miss Chey M, our Certificate III-qualified Assistant Educator. Together, they bring warmth, creativity and genuine care to Junior Kindy, creating a space where children feel safe, valued and excited to explore.

Miss Libby may be newer to our LEAD Caboolture family, but she has already proven what an asset she is to our team. She approaches her interactions with children with care, empathy and respect and has quickly begun building beautiful relationships with our children and families. Libby brings plenty of creative and fun ideas to the room, creating thoughtful provocations and experiences that encourage curiosity, independence and learning through play. She is also a wonderful team player, always kind, friendly, approachable and willing to jump in wherever she is needed.

Miss Chey M brings such a gentle warmth to Junior Kindy and always has a smile ready for the children in her care. She has a natural ability to build trusting, meaningful relationships, helping children feel secure, comfortable and supported as they navigate this busy stage of growing independence. Her calm and nurturing approach provides children with a safe base to explore from, while her playful side brings plenty of fun and connection to their days.

Together, Miss Libby and Miss Chey have created a Junior Kindy environment where children are encouraged to explore, create, communicate, build independence and develop confidence, all while knowing they have educators beside them who genuinely know and care for them.

We’re so proud to have them as part of our LEAD Caboolture family!

MEET OUR TEAM | PRE-KINDY EDUCATORS

Next up in our staff introductions, we’re excited to introduce the wonderful team behind our Pre-Kindy Program — Miss Akirra and Miss Cheyenne!

Miss Akirra is our Diploma-qualified Senior Educator, working alongside Miss Cheyenne, our Assistant Educator who is currently working towards her Certificate III qualification. Together, they create a Pre-Kindy environment built around connection, exploration, independence and plenty of fun!

Both educators are passionate advocates for the children in their care. Children’s voices, ideas and interests are at the heart of their program, with the team using these to guide meaningful, play-based learning. They’re also big believers that learning extends well beyond the classroom, you’ll regularly find our Pre-Kindy children enjoying Bush Kindy, nature play and opportunities to explore and connect with our local community.

Miss Akirra excels at building strong, genuine relationships with children and families. Her big personality brings plenty of energy, laughter and fun to Pre-Kindy, balanced beautifully by her caring and gentle approach. She is passionate about supporting children to develop their confidence and independence, giving them the encouragement, resources and freedom to become capable and active participants in their own learning. Always enthusiastic and eager to continue developing her practice, Miss Akirra particularly loves nature-based learning and creating opportunities for children to investigate, take safe risks, get messy and follow their curiosity.

Miss Cheyenne may be newer to the early childhood profession, but she is already making her mark! She brings warmth, creativity and a nurturing presence to each day and has a wonderful natural connection with the children. Whether she’s sharing a giggle, offering comfort or setting up an engaging new provocation, Miss Chey brings genuine thought and care to her interactions. Her confidence continues to grow as she develops her skills in intentional teaching and creates experiences that make learning through play both meaningful and memorable.

Together, Miss Akirra and Miss Cheyenne complement each other beautifully, creating a space where children are encouraged to use their voices, build independence, develop confidence, explore their world and feel a genuine sense of belonging.

Our OSHC program offers school-aged children a fun, welcoming space to spend their mornings and afternoons, with:

* Child-led, leisure-based experiences
* Vacation Care during the school holidays
