2027 YEAR 7 RUGBY LEAGUE & VOLLEYBALL ACADEMY

Applications are now open for our 2027 Year 7 Rugby League & Volleyball Academy! Our Sports Academy is designed for students who show skill and talent in sport and are ready to develop, perform and succeed. 🏉

Students in the program will have access to high-performance coaches, opportunities to compete in interschool sport and other competitions, as well as nutrition, sports psychology and specialist facilities.🏐

🎶MUSIC TEACHER OF THE YEAR NOMINEE!🎶

A huge congratulations to Janelle Moore, who has been nominated for Music Teacher of the Year at the Next Up Music Awards (NUMAs)! 🌟

The national awards recognise educators who make an extraordinary difference in the lives of young musicians, and Janelle’s nomination is a wonderful recognition of the impact she has had across our local school communities.

Janelle works with students at Caboolture State High School as well as Caboolture State School, Caboolture East State School, Pumicestone State School and through the CMT Ensemble Bands involving Caboolture State High School, Morayfield State High School and Tullawong State High School

For more than 20 years, Janelle has helped young musicians do much more than learn the notes on a page. She creates opportunities, builds confidence, encourages students to perform and helps them believe in what they are capable of. 🎺🥁🎷

We are incredibly proud to see Janelle recognised on a national stage and have no doubt she will be names as a finalist. 👏

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Yesterday our Year 12 Sports & Rec students ventured over to Lee Street State Special School to support their Athletics Carnival.

It was fantastic to see our students step up as role models, encouraging participants, celebrating achievements and creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere throughout the day.

From cheering on competitors to offering a helping hand, their enthusiasm helped make the carnival a memorable experience for everyone involved.

A wonderful example of how sport can bring people together, build connections and create opportunities for everyone to shine. ✨

Thank you, Lee Street Special school for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing day!

Well done to our Year 12 students for showing such fantastic compassion, leadership and community spirit! 👏

✨ A NIGHT TO REMEMBER ✨

What an incredible night celebrating the talent, hard work and dedication of our Dance students at Caboolture State High School! 💃🕺

With 31 items, speeches and an interval packed into one fantastic evening, there was a huge amount happening both on stage and behind the scenes.

A very special shout out to Mrs Walker for the incredible work, time and dedication she has given to our Dance students and to bringing A Night to Remember to life. 👏

Thank you also to our Arts Department, staff from across the school, admin, support staff, parents and everyone who chipped in to help the night run so smoothly. It was a true team effort and a great example of the Caboolture spirit. 🔥

And most importantly, a huge congratulations to all of our students who stepped onto the stage and did an absolutely fantastic job. Your confidence, energy and hard work made the night what it was. ✨

Caboolture SHS staff are raising funds through Steptember for a very worthy cause, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. We take 10K steps a day, to raise funds and awareness for early detection and therapy for babies with cerebral palsy. We welcome your support.

Our students have been busy planting, watering and caring for our horticulture areas.

🏉Birra Djaa School of Origin. 🏉

The stage is set for a big day of Rugby League as our Year 7 and 8 teams head to Morayfield State High School today for the Birra Djaa School of Origin.

The day kicks off with the Opening Ceremony at 8:45am before our students take the field. With school pride and bragging rights on the line, it’s set to be a big day of footy.
