What can I say about ERIC WHITEHOUSE, talk about extra mile!! This guy just does whatever it takes to satisfy both the buyer and the seller. The house sold within a week of going on the market and sold for a lot more than I ever dreamed of getting. There were problems on both buyers side and my side with various finance and other issues and Eric just did what it took to make sure both parties were at ease. The buyer wanted to do multiple inspections after the contract was signed to plan renovations and Eric took them through every time, I didn’t have to liaise with the buyer without Eric present once.
