BRB… Going into the baby bubble...
We’re excited to be welcoming a baby boy into the family right about now, so I’ll be mostly offline for the next few weeks. I might pop in with a meme or two if the mood strikes, but for the most part, I’ll be soaking in family time in our in cuddle bubble and slowing down.

There's only two options👇🏼
Victimhood or choosing to see your setback as a set-up for something that you can't see yet.
Sure rejection is painful, and it brings up your stuff BUT you get to choose whether you feed this narrative or choose a different one. I'm not talking about just thinking positive, keep reading...
It’s not about minimising the pain or bypassing the experience, but about reframing your approach—understanding that there’s a bigger picture at play. Every “no” is making space for a more aligned “yes.”
Think about it: every time you’ve been rejected, it’s led to something more suited to your true self, something that's made you grow.
It's a reminder that sometimes the universe has a different plan one that your little human mind can't control or even really fathom.
But here's the thing no one talks about. Re-framing rejection, pain and loss (or any unhelpful thing your mind tells you) is not as easy as just thinking positively.
You know this because you've tried and it simply doesn't work.
There's a skill set here. A strategy that I teach my clients for have a better relationship with their thoughts and emotions.
I teach this in my mini-course: Mindset Mastery which you can get via my link in bio for only $19 ☝🏼

Your triggers aren't random 👇🏻
When you get triggered, it’s like a spotlight shining on the hidden patterns and beliefs that shape your life.
These moments aren’t just annoying—they’re valuable insights into what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Triggers aren’t random; they are your subconscious mind's way of highlighting unresolved issues. Each trigger points to a wound that needs healing or a belief that’s limiting you.
They influence how you behave, the choices you make, and your overall well-being.
Here’s the thing: simply changing your limiting beliefs isn’t enough. You need to process the emotions tied to those beliefs. That’s where the real transformation happens. By engaging in my Emotional Processing Technique, you can truly heal these wounds and release the old patterns that have been holding you back.

Or at least it felt like it.👇🏽
Repetitive negative looping thoughts, mass confusion, zero self-trust, and a frozen inability to do anything to 'save' myself.
I knew this wasn’t how human minds were supposed to be. My deepest fear was that something was wrong with me. How did I get here?
I had been suppressing, avoiding, distracting, drinking, drugging—anything to silence this incessant mental turmoil, even if only momentarily.
What I know now is that these short-term strategies absolutely screw you up in the long term.
Repetitive looping thoughts and flashbacks were my mind’s way of processing. Not something to be avoided like I saw in the movies, not something to be ashamed of or to hide. I didn’t know this was normal. It didn’t feel normal.
I felt so under-equipped. But I was lucky. I had just started my first year at university studying the mind, emotions, and coping mechanisms.
This is where I learned how to help myself, how to find my centre again. This is where something was lit inside me that has fuelled me to keep doing this work—to help as many people as possible learn these skills and strategies because not everyone was as lucky as I was.
Looking back, I realise that my mind wasn’t my enemy; it was a reflection of unprocessed pain and confusion. And once I understood that, I could start to heal. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.
If you read a little bit of yourself in these words. DM me, tell me what's going on in your mimd, I'd love to chat x

Here's the paradox: your mind can be the most amazing ally you'll ever have and the most destructive enemy you can ever face. 👇🏽
Your mind is incredibly powerful. It can flow flexibly with intuition, creatively problem solve, and hold possibilities that your actions can activate and ignite. It can guide you towards incredible achievements and fulfilment. It’s capable of dreaming up amazing futures and solving the most complex problems.
But it can also be rigid, skeptical, doubting, and destructive. It can convince you that you're not good enough, that your dreams are unachievable, and that you're destined for a mediocre, unhappy existence. This darker side of your mind keeps you stuck, fearful, and trapped in a cycle of negativity and self-doubt.
The problem is, your mind doesn't come with an operations manual. Most of us don’t spend the time and energy to learn how it works, how to work with it, and how to get the best out of it. Instead, we let it run on autopilot, often to our detriment.
We spend more time trying to master our trades to earn money and meet our basic needs. But what use are our accomplishments, status, or income when our inner worlds are literal prisons? If your mind is constantly sabotaging you, no external success will ever feel truly satisfying.
If life has been showing you that you need to learn skills and strategies to master your mind, what I'm about to offer you could be the first step in the right direction.
I've just created a mini-course called Mindset Mastery.
I've combined everything I've learned about the inner workings of the human mind into six self-paced video lessons. There are journaling and introspection exercises, plus I lay out my strategy for re-establishing your clarity and confidence amidst emotional storms.
It's normally $49, but you can have it for only $19 if you get in before September 1st. 🔗☝🏼Use the code: THRIVE

"Hurt people hurt people" isn’t an excuse—it’s a call to change. 👇🏽
When you're triggered, your walls come up. Your system goes into protection mode, closing off any chance for growth, learning, and evolving.
What happens when two people are both in a triggered protection state? They suffer, and so does their relationship.
Often, it’s not about the current relationship but about past wounds. Two people anchored in their past traumas struggle to see the truth and light in the present.
Imagine what your relationships could be like if you addressed these triggers. If you could see beyond the immediate pain and understand the deeper wounds at play. You don’t have to identify as a hurt person anymore. Untrigger yourself and transform your relationships.
Ready to stop projecting your past wounds onto your present relationships? I'll show you the ropes, book your free mini session via my link in bio. Let’s dive deep and work through those triggers together for healthier, more loving relationships.
