Trying to be conscious when you’re already conscious! Try to be unconscious? Stop 🛑 being aware - consciousness🛑. Try to be the chicken 🐓when you’re already the chicken! 🐣😳Impossible.
Already a human being, aware already — present already - the Presence - the present - consciousness Itself- before you even think - INSTANTANEOUS. Conscious of Consciousness, consciuos we are aware, is what makes us human.
Being a complete, total human being, is easier than you thought! Easier than the easiest. No one can do ‘being’!
Trying to be a complete human being makes everybody an ECCENTRIC, and drives everyBODY crazy and apart.
Already effortless. One Self - Whatever effort is made, whatever action is taken, any amount of effort is exactly the amount of separation and distance we feel. We create distance and separation where there is none. And then wonder why?
No distance exists between us and ourselves. If anything, ignorance creates the distance. Ignoring ourselves.
Knowledge kills all separation. Knowledge of Self murders 💀 kills all differences forever.
Nothing sets us humans apart like we set ourselves apart.
Setting the whole world apart is one word: “I.”
Find out who “I.” is and like a ghost, all separation disappears.

Relishing in opposites— ta**ra—- doesn’t work without knowing the enjoyer— the relisher. Who is relishing?

For us to fully relish in the opposites, we have to first — be introduced to the enjoyer. Or else you just carry on getting lost in the opposites. Lost in the enjoyment.

Once the eternal reveler, i, is revealed and the enjoyer pointed out: Recognised. You can’t get lost- Get it!

In order for ta**ra to work — We need to be introduced to ourselves.

For us to use and be able to fully relish in and revel in the enjoyment, we first need to be able to recognise - know the truth of the enjoyer—that is ourselves. The enjoyer needs to be recognised.

To be introduced to the enjoyer— the reveler. In other words- for I fully to come alive and enjoy— I (we) have got to get educated.
This education has always been called Self-knowledge. Atma Vidya. Which until recently has only been available in Sanskrit — in India. And there even, few know the methodology. Haro Om 🕉️⚛️

Instant Yoga. Since leaving the asramam of my Master I I realize what I have been sharing is nothing but instant yoga for the past 15 yrs.

Instant Yoga, Yogantha is the culmination of the different systems of yoga. All learning, spiritual practices end in Self.

Questions: How long does it take for a tiny little wave to become ocean? How far does wave have to go before it is water?

In the same way as wave can never be separate from ocean? We can never be separate from life.

Call it God, Self, Truth. Shiva, Vishnu, Brahman. Atman. Name the Truth what you like.

Before you can have fun in the amusement park and enjoy all the rides someone has to introduce you. Introducing you to all the different spectacles and adventures, soon you become the expert introducing and showing off to all your friends.

But the trouble is the more enjoyment you have, the more you don’t want it to end.
But that’s not the case.

Ending as soon as it’s begun - Until someone introduces you to the Source of fun, the Source of enjoyment, the merriment, the fun always ends.

Once you get introduced to the Source ⭐️of enjoyment, source of fun- BEING the ETERNAL GIVER merriness and joy- NEVER ENDS!

The more enjoyment you have the more it keeps on growing and GROWING.

More important than all the rides, the ENJOYER is the rides!
