Feeling very appreciative I got to spend this past week learning and laughing with the beautiful Maria Kirsten brushing up on some skills in Remedial Yoga. Maria shared much of her wisdom including the ever so important reminder that "we are not getting anywhere, we are getting to know the body". At all times we are already living in the greatest teacher that is the body so tune in and find whichever practice makes ya feel good :) new fun classes coming soon!

Feels amazing to be back at Nomads Arts Factory Lodge thanks to everyone who shared the practice this morning! The Arts Factory schedule for the summer is as follows :)
Tuesday: 6:30pm yin yoga
Wednesday: 10am Baptiste Power Vinyasa
Thursday: 7am Baptiste Power Vinyasa
Friday: 12pm Baptiste Power Vinyasa
Saturday: 3pm Workshop wooohoo
The Saturday workshops are open to suggestions so if there are any specific aspects of yoga you've wanted to focus on and haven't been able to in class let me know :)
