Hey, I’m Tuesday-Rose 🌹
Founder & CEO of The Oracle Academy - an online sanctuary for women’s Spiritual & Financial Development.

With 10+ years in personal growth and empowerment, I’m a:

💫 I’m obsessed with helping women unlock their power through modern, soulful, and practical tools—especially where traditional advice falls short.

🌱 My Journey (the short version):
I started in the fashion world—working backstage at London Fashion Week and on global editorial shoots as a hair & make-up artist. It was fast-paced, high-stakes, and wildly creative.

At the same time, I was a young mum and sole provider, navigating career pressure and motherhood...while often advocating for my worth in rooms where I wasn’t being heard.

I wish I had the tools back then that I now teach through The Oracle Academy; tools that build unshakable self-trust and help you succeed on your terms 🔥

To spark a global revolution through the financial and spiritual empowerment of women.

The Oracle Academy is where I share the frameworks, mindset shifts, and practices that changed my life. I also collaborate with powerful guest mentors (my fellow Oracles!) to bring you courses that help you:

We had an incredible experience at Woolworths HQ in Sydney for International Women’s Day!

Our amazing Negotiation Oracle, Lloyd Barrett, delivered an exceptional presentation on the unique challenges women face in negotiation — opening up powerful conversations about driving real change within the industry.

I had the honour of joining the panel afterward, where we answered some truly thoughtful and insightful questions from the Woolies team.

As a result of Lloyd’s presentation, he is now in discussions with Woolworths (and other major retailers) about creating greater access to negotiation education for women — helping to pave the way for a future where equality isn’t just talked about, but truly achieved.
