e process that gently cleans exterior surfaces such as brick and concrete walls, rendered or painted surfaces, texture coated and other acrylic coatings, retaining walls and fences, under eves, gutters, balconies, verandas, patios and glass. Softwash can even be used to clean lightly soiled concrete paths and driveways. Using a low pressure, electric delivery system, we apply a cleaning solution to a range of surfaces, up to 3 stories high from the ground without ladders, scaffold or mechanical lifting equipment. We can adjust the ratio or strength of the cleaning solutions with the push of a button, depending of the surface type and level of organic and oil based contamination. Once the cleaning solution has had time to break down dirt, grease, grime, moss, mould and other pollution, we are able to rinse it all off using fresh water. Soft Wash will even clean off cobwebs from under eves, patios and verandas. The surface is left clean, sanitized and looking fantastic! Soft Wash will not damage delicate surfaces, large areas can be cleaned quickly and is affordable. Residential- Soft Washing the exterior of your home can be completed in a couple of hours. We will remove cobwebs, dirt, grime and mould from your walls, eves, roofs and under patios. Commercial- Soft Washing of large or small commercial buildings can often be completed in a single day. We can reach 3 stories high from the ground, glass can also be cleaned using our Pure Water fed pole window cleaning system. Industrial- Soft Washing of industrial warehouses and factories can also include the inside walls and surfaces. Dust, grime and cobwebs can be cleaned off and will improve the air quality.
