What a fantastic few days our Year 6 students enjoyed at camp! From exciting challenges and team activities to shared laughs and new experiences, camp provided plenty of opportunities for students to grow in confidence, strengthen friendships, and step outside their comfort zones.
We are proud of the way our students represented Cornerstone Christian College, demonstrating resilience, encouragement, and teamwork throughout the camp. Most importantly, camp provided opportunities for students to deepen their faith, encourage one another, and continue growing in Christ as they learned, served, and experienced life together.
A big thank you to our staff who invested their time and energy into making this experience so memorable.
"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him." Colossians 2:6-7

Our Year 5 students enjoyed an exciting excursion to Fremantle as they explored the history of the Swan River Colony. Students visited the WA Shipwrecks Museum, where they discovered fascinating artefacts and stories from Western Australia's maritime past, before taking part in a convict tour of Fremantle Prison. It was a fantastic day of hands-on learning, bringing history to life and helping students gain a deeper understanding of our state's heritage. We are grateful to our staff and volunteers who helped make this memorable experience possible!

Our Year 8 HASS students recently put their entrepreneurial skills to the test during Market Day! Working in teams, students designed, marketed and sold a variety of products while applying their learning about economics, business, budgeting and customer service.
The event was a fantastic success, with students demonstrating creativity, teamwork and problem-solving skills throughout the day. It was wonderful to see their ideas come to life and their enthusiasm for learning on display.
We have two more Market Days coming up in the next few weeks, culminating on Open Night in Week 9.

As part of our Book Week celebrations, Primary students have been invited to take part in our Capture a Character poster competition!
This creative challenge encourages students to bring a favourite book character to life through art, imagination, and storytelling. It's a wonderful opportunity for students to share the characters who have inspired, entertained, and encouraged them through reading.
We can't wait to see the incredible creativity on display and celebrate the stories and characters that have captured our students' imaginations.
