Piano & More Merging her passions, skills & knowledge in psychology, education, & the creative arts, Sheh-Mae del She took traditional piano lessons from 9 through to 18.

Shehmae holds a Bachelor of Psychology, and a Master of Counselling Psychology. She worked as a psychologist for 10 years, and studied art and art therapy. Shehmae is particularly interested in using the piano as a vehicle for:

- relaxing the mind & lowering stress levels
- stimulating & awakening the brain
- improving learning & memory
- inspiring emotional expression

Simply Music is different

to traditional or Suzuki piano because you learn:
- completely different ways to process songs through multi-sensory learning
- how to establish new neurological pathways
- to create a long term relationship with music
- blues, classical, pop & traditional songs
- to play first, then read later, just like how languages are learnt

"Frequency Of The Cat Purr"

Did you know that cats heal bones!
House cats may actually be contributing to our physical well-being.
Exposure to the vibration of a cat purring between 20-50 hz increases bone density,
provides pain relief, heals tendons etc.
Russian athletes, for the Olympic team are known for their increased performance
when exposed to cats purring. They used a machine called "The Purr",
tuned to the cat purring frequency of 50 hz.
Maybe, that is why cats have 9 lives!
