Today, the children enjoyed a neighbourhood walk where they explored different plants, leaves, flowers, and fruits. They observed how each plant is unique in colour, size, and texture—sparking curiosity and lots of wonderful conversations!

Autumn Tree Pasting and Painting Activity 🍂🍁
The Toddler 2 children participated in a creative autumn painting and pasting experience. Using paint brushes, they painted autumn leaves with bright seasonal colours and then pasted them onto white paper to create an autumn tree display. Children independently explored painting and gluing while expressing their creativity and strengthening fine motor skills.

The Kinder B children explored a variety of spices, grains and lentils commonly used in multicultural cuisines.

The children observed, touched and discussed the different textures, colours and smells of the ingredients. They confidently identified and named several familiar items, sharing their prior knowledge and experiences from home.

This hands on sensory experience encouraged curiosity, language development and an appreciation of cultural diversity through food and cooking traditions 🫘

🚓🚒 Our little community helpers were busy today! Children enjoyed role-playing as police officers and firefighters, working together to respond to “emergencies” around their town setup.
Through this engaging cooperative play, they practised turn-taking, communication, and teamwork, while strengthening their fine motor skills by moving vehicles, placing buildings, and navigating the roads.
Learning through play at its best! 🌟

Rainy days bring so much joy and discovery! ☔💦
Our children embraced the wet weather as they splashed in puddles, explored flowing water, and enjoyed outdoor play with friends. These playful moments build confidence, coordination, and a love for nature—rain or shine! 🌧️💚

The Kinder B gardening project has been an exciting and engaging experience for the children. They have been actively experimenting with growing patterns, carefully observing changes, and watering the plants each day.

This week, we introduced a new activity regrowing spring onions in beautifully painted pots indoors. The children took great pride in decorating their pots and are eager to watch their spring onions continue to grow, fostering a deeper understanding of nature and responsibility. 🪴🌱

Toddler 2 set up a car tunnel activity based on the children’s strong interest in cars, transport, and construction play. By using coloured paper, masking tape, and small toy cars, the activity encouraged creativity and hands-on exploration. Through this experience, children developed their fine motor skills and problem-solving abilities. 🚗🚕🚙
