Students reflected on National Sorry Day and learnt about reconciliation as part of National Reconciliation Week at Perth Montessori.
In the Children's House, our students traced and their handprints and decorated them with Aboriginal symbols and patterns.
In Yaakin, our students read "Walking Together" and then created their own stories using indigenous symbols on sticks. They really enjoyed sharing the stories they created with their friends.
Through this meaningful experience, they explored the meaning of reconciliation and learned about respect, kindness, and connection, while acknowledging Australia's history.

We warmly invite you to attend "Parent Information Session" focusing on our Adolescent Program (Year 7 to Year 12).

The first part of the session will focus on the Junior Adolescent Program (Year 7 to 9) experience, including how students are supported through this important stage of development.
The second part will focus on the Senior Adolescent Program (Year 10 to 12) with particular attention to the International Big Picture Learning Credential (IBPLC) and the post-school pathways to students, including university, TAFE, and employment.
This is an opportunity for you to see how Perth Montessori facilitates successful transitions from school to tertiary education and employment across diverse fields!
