Our Book Week celebrations continued yesterday with students enjoying a range of reading activities throughout the day, all leading up to the big event: the Parade. It was fantastic to see our enthusiastic and talented students and families sharing their amazing costumes and love for books. Our small schools came together today for an inspiring Collaboration Day. From learning about emergency preparedness to exploring creativity through arts and performance, our students enjoyed a fantastic day filled with a range of fun and educational activities.

A huge thank you to the Burrawang Rural Fire Brigade, and to Linda Kennedy and the talented students from Moss Vale High School for joining us and helping to facilitate the activities. Special thanks to our P&C for running the canteen and keeping everyone refreshed throughout the day.

Lastly, thank you to all the staff and students who participated. Together, we’re building resilience, creativity, and strong connections across our schools.

Burrawang’s Book Fair is ready to go! The books have arrived, and students will be visiting the Fair today and tomorrow to explore the items available and write their Wish Lists.

Parents and families are warmly invited to join us next Thursday for our Book Fair and Book Parade event. Come along to support our school library and find some great new books to enjoy at home.
