We are saddened to share the passing of Fr Jim Littleton MSC earlier today.
Fr Jim was the senior member of the Australian Province and will be remembered as a true gentleman, known for his kindness and support to many.
He served with great dedication in MSC education, including roles as Principal of Chevalier College from 1966-1970, Daramalan College and Downlands College, and as Provincial Superior from 1986 to 1992. Following this, he became the first Director of MSC Education, helping shape it into what it is today.
In later years, he resided in Canberra and Kensington, where he continued his quiet contribution through historical writings of MSC works and community life.
Fr Jim now joins those who have gone before us, remembered with gratitude and affection.
May he rest with Christ in peace and rise with Him in glory.
