A traditional Southern Italian cooking and culinary experience in the picturesque Southern Highlands of NSW.

We are husband and wife, Australian born Italian and Australian, living on a stunning 200 acre farm in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We share a passion for Southern Italian food and sustainable farming practices. We have an orchard and greenhouse and a small herd of rare breed pigs plus a flock of rare breed sheep, along with beef cattle and chickens. We provide a unique culinary and cooking expe

rience that demonstrates responsible farming practices and the joy of growing and gathering food for the table as close to the source as possible. Lunch is a team effort with the ingredients gathered, prepared and cooked by participants to be shared and enjoyed in a convivial and festive atmosphere. We hope to share and preserve the traditions of Southern Italian cooking and conviviality by providing an authentic Southern Italian culinary experience on our beautiful farm, whilst also providing education and skills for participants to recreate and share our recipes with their own family and friends.

Traditional Southern Italian Biscotti demonstration cooking class, Saturday 2nd November 10am - 12pm, in Bowral in the stunning Southern Highlands.

You will learn how to make these delicious, and impressive amaretti (gluten free) and biscotti. Wow your friends and family, not to mention they make a beautiful gift for Christmas, or for any special occasion.
