One of the most common things people say when they first sit down with me is:

"I don't even know where to start."

It might be getting on top of their finances, planning for retirement, trying to feel more organised, or navigating Centrelink.

That feeling is far more common than people realise.

We don't solve everything in one meeting - and we don't need to.

We simply work out the next step.

Once you know where you're heading, the path forward doesn't feel nearly as overwhelming.💙

✈️ Some days my office looks a little different.

One of the things I love most about what I do is that no two days are ever the same.

Some days I'm in my office meeting with clients.

Some days I'm presenting financial wellbeing workshops.

And every now and then, I get to jump on a plane to connect with people, share what I do, and meet those I may have the opportunity to support in the future.

I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and having conversations that can make a real difference. It's a privilege to be able to help people navigate life's financial challenges and know that support is there when they need it.

No two weeks are ever the same... and I wouldn't have it any other way. 💙

💙 Client feedback like this is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Applying for the Age Pension or dealing with Centrelink can feel confusing, time-consuming and, at times, overwhelming.

My goal is to take some of that weight off my clients' shoulders by keeping them informed, answering their questions, and guiding them through the process every step of the way.

Knowing a client has felt supported and cared for throughout their Centrelink journey is the greatest compliment I could receive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Sarah always keeps us informed and has even helped with a problem she didn't have to. She gets back to us quickly and is always pleasant. I would recommend her without any hesitation."

To my wonderful client, thank you for trusting me to help you navigate the Centrelink system and for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. Your kind words truly mean a great deal to me. 💙

If you're feeling overwhelmed by Centrelink and aren't sure where to start, know that you don't have to navigate it alone.

A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to attend the Bold & Visible Women's Dinner.

It was a lovely reminder that growing a business isn't just about working hard—it's also about building genuine connections, continuing to learn and being open to new opportunities.

I always enjoy meeting people from different industries, hearing their stories and learning from their experiences. You never know where one conversation might lead.

As someone whose business has grown largely through relationships and referrals, evenings like these remind me how important it is to keep showing up, making connections and supporting one another.

I'm grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the fresh perspective that evenings like these bring.

Here's to continuing to learn, build meaningful relationships, and help more people find clarity and confidence with their money. 💙

🌿 Happy New Financial Year

A new financial year is here.

While it's just another day on the calendar, it can also be a wonderful opportunity to pause, reset and take stock of where you're at financially.

Not with unrealistic goals or complicated budgets, but with one simple step towards feeling more organised and in control.

Maybe that's:
✔️ Understanding where your money is going.
✔️ Organising your important paperwork.
✔️ Planning for retirement with confidence.
✔️ Understanding the support available to you.
✔️ Taking that first step you've been putting off.

You don't have to have everything figured out today.

Small, consistent steps create confidence over time.

Just like in the garden, financial confidence doesn't grow overnight. It grows one small step at a time.

Here's to a year of greater clarity, less financial stress, and more confidence in the decisions you make.

Happy New Financial Year. 💙

As this financial year comes to a close, I found myself thinking about something on our evening walk.

At the end of a financial year, it's easy to focus on the numbers.

Income.
Expenses.
Goals achieved.
Things still left on the list.

But some of the biggest wins don't show up on a spreadsheet.

Maybe over this financial year you:
🌿 finally asked for help.
✨ felt a little more in control of your finances
💙 navigated Centrelink.
🤍 supported ageing parents.
✅ made a difficult decision.

That's progress too.

As we step into a new financial year, I hope you take a moment to recognise just how much you've managed.

Then look ahead - not with pressure to do more, but with confidence that small, consistent steps really do make a difference.

What's one win from this financial year that won't show up on a spreadsheet? I'd love to hear it. 💬

There's something about a fire on a winter evening that makes you stop for a moment.
As the weather cools down, life doesn't seem to slow down quite as much.
For many of the people I work with, there's still work, family, ageing parents, paperwork, appointments and all the little things that need attention.
Sometimes it can feel like there's always something else to remember.
One thing I've noticed over the years is that financial wellbeing isn't always about dollars and cents.
Quite often it's about knowing where things stand.
Having a plan.
Feeling organised.
Having a little more headspace.
Sometimes that's enough to make life feel a whole lot easier.
What's helping you slow down this winter?

With interest rates rising again yesterday, many people are once again feeling the pressure of the rising cost of living.

For a lot of people, that doesn’t just mean a higher mortgage repayment.

It means:
putting off the dentist
second guessing groceries
feeling guilty spending money on yourself
or quietly wondering why life suddenly feels harder than it used to.

And that’s the part people don’t talk about enough.

Financial stress isn’t always dramatic.
Sometimes it’s just the constant mental load sitting in the background every day.

This is why I believe getting organised financially matters so much.

Not to be perfect.
Not to track every dollar obsessively.
But to create a little more breathing room, confidence and control.

Feeling a bit all over the place with money lately?

Start here 👇

5 simple steps to financial clarity:

Know what’s coming in
Know what’s going out
Group your spending (not 100 categories!)
Spot the leaks
Put a simple plan in place

That’s it.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
We’ll get things organised… one step at a time.

Because when things feel organised, life feels lighter.

If this is something you’ve been meaning to get on top of, I’m always here if you need a hand 🤍

There’s a lot of mixed messaging right now.

Some are cutting back.
Some are doing nothing.
Some are locking things in.
Others are just waiting it out.

Everyone seems to have a different answer.

And honestly… that’s what’s overwhelming people the most.

Because when everything feels uncertain, the last thing you need is more complexity.

In my world, we simplify it.

Come back to this:
• Do you know where your money is going?
• Do you have a small buffer in place?
• Are you feeling in control of your day-to-day finances?

That’s it.

Not perfect.
Not complicated.
Just clear.

Because when you have clarity…
you make better decisions - without panic.

And right now, that matters more than anything.
