Planning to travel to Australia? To avoid delays at check-in and on arrival, you must submit your Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) before boarding your flight.

This is an enforceable requirement. The DPD collects important health, COVID-19 testing and vaccination status information, which helps keep international travellers and our community COVID-safe.

You can download the new DPD app for free from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).

For more information see: covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/digital-passenger-declaration

We are currently working on improving processing time frames for Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) and Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 187) nomination and visa applications. You can help us by ensuring that your application is complete and includes up-to-date information.

The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted many industry sectors and businesses. If an application was lodged more than 12 months ago, it may be required to confirm that the business is still viable, that the position is still available and that the nominated employee is still required.

Visa applicants are encouraged to check that all required police certificates and health examinations are valid and have not expired.

Further information regarding police certificates is available here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/meeting-our-requirements/character

Information regarding health examinations is available here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/meeting-our-requirements/health

All updated information should be provided through ImmiAccount.

📢 RESTRICTIONS ARE EASING

From 6pm, 4 March 2022 👇

😷 Masks will no longer be required indoors, except in healthcare settings, residential aged care, disability accommodation, prisons, public transport, airports and on planes.
🏠 There will be no limit on the number of household visitors.
💒 There will be no limit on the number of people at businesses or venues.

Wearing a mask, washing your hands and social distancing are all proven, effective ways to protect yourself and others.

While many restrictions are easing as the wave of COVID-19 slows in Queensland, we still encourage you to protect yourself and others by wearing a mask where you see fit.
