HIPPY Bundaberg

The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a free, home-based program. Children do not have to be present when the Tutor visits.

HIPPY is a no-cost, two-year, home-based, early learning and parenting program that empowers parents to be their child's first teacher and supports their transition to school.
