🐞🐸 Sensory Adventures in Our Toddler Room! 🐸🐞

Our toddlers have been busy exploring a bug and frog themed sensory experience! 💚💙 Using blue and green oobleck, pebbles, natural wood and a variety of bugs and frogs, the children were invited to investigate, create and explore through their senses.

Sensory play encourages curiosity, supports language development, strengthens fine motor skills and provides opportunities for children to learn through hands-on discovery in a fun and engaging environment. 🌿✨

💙 Yesterday we came together to celebrate our beautiful Miss Te-Armah before she begins her maternity leave.

After tomorrow, she'll be taking some well deserved time to prepare for the arrival of her precious baby boy. 💙 We are so excited for this special new chapter in her life and can't wait to meet the newest little member of her family!

🎨✨ Our Nursery children had a wonderful time exploring a collaborative painting experience, with a large sheet of paper inviting them to create together through colour, movement and sensory discovery.

A Picnic with Baby Dolls! 👶🧺

Our toddler children have been exploring the wonderful world of pretend play through a beautiful baby doll picnic experience. As they cared for their babies, shared food and created their own little picnic moments, they were building important skills such as empathy, communication, imagination, social connection and confidence. 🌿💛

Through play, children make sense of the world around them while developing meaningful relationships and learning experiences.

In our Nursery, every space is intentionally designed to inspire curiosity, discovery and connection. Our wall mounted mirror invites children to pull themselves up, strengthening their developing gross motor skills while encouraging self awareness as they observe their own reflections.
