Our students have been diving into the world of science this week through a range of exciting, hands on investigations! From exploring scientific concepts in the classroom, to an engaging Science Show for our Year 5 students and virtual science activities live streamed in the library during break times. It’s been fantastic to see students asking questions, making predictions and having fun with science! 🔍

Have Your Say – School Opinion Survey 2026

Each year, the Department of Education invites families, staff and students in Years 5, 6, 8 and 11 to participate in the School Opinion Survey. The survey provides valuable feedback about what our school is doing well and helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve.

We encourage all families to take a few minutes to complete the survey. Your feedback is important and helps shape future planning and decision-making at Branyan Road State School.

Key Information

Survey invitations: An email invitation to complete the Parent/Caregiver Survey will be sent to one member of each family during the week beginning 20 July 2026. The email will have the subject line "School Opinion Survey for parents and caregivers, 2026."
One survey per family: Each family will receive one survey invitation, which can be completed by any parent or caregiver in the household.
Confidential: All responses are confidential. Survey results are reported in a way that ensures individual responses cannot be identified.

Completing the Survey

The survey can be completed on a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access.
If you do not have internet access at home, please contact the school and we will arrange access to a school computer or tablet.
If you experience any difficulties accessing the survey, you can request a new survey link by emailing [email protected].
