πŸŽ“ Congratulations to our Certificate III in Hospitality graduates! πŸ‘

Hospitality is about more than serving food or making coffee. It’s about creating connections and working as a team, and this group embraced that.

Several graduates have already secured employment, a fantastic achievement for the cohort.

This course was also an exciting milestone for Trainer and Assessor Tania Willett, who delivered her first class with IMPACT Community Services. Drawing on decades of hospitality industry experience, Tania helped students build their skills and confidence, and we thank her for supporting this cohort on their journey.

We also thank Member for Burnett Stephen Bennett MP for joining us to celebrate the graduates.

Graduates, you should be incredibly proud of all that you have achieved. We wish you every success in your hospitality careers. 🌟

Celebrating our Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing graduates! πŸŽ“πŸ‘

Over 19 weeks, this special group has shown incredible perseverance, supporting one another and building strong bonds along the way. It’s been a joy to watch their confidence grow in and out of the classroom.

Under the guidance of IMPACT Community Services' longest-serving trainer, Sandy Baker, learning was anything but ordinary. From lively discussions and plenty of friendly banter to the occasional sneaky end-of-day quiz, Sandy kept everyone engaged and motivated. With support from Student Support Coach Chrissy and the wider team, this group formed a close-knit and supportive environment. πŸ’™

This cohort includes students learning in a second language and one who travelled from Maryborough regularly to attend classes, a true reflection of their dedication.

Sandy hopes their learning doesn’t stop here, and neither do we.

Wishing you all the very best for what comes next. You should be incredibly proud! 🌟

A big thank you to Skilling Queenslanders for Work Community Work Skills funding, which helps make opportunities like this accessible. Skilling Queenslanders for Work is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government.

Our Certificate III in Individual Support – Disability students have reached the finish line after a big 21-week journey. Congratulations! πŸŽ“πŸ‘

This diverse cohort came together with determination, plenty of laughs and a shared goal. Many balanced study with parenting, multiple jobs and learning in a second language, and it has been inspiring to witness their growth and resilience.

Several students have already secured roles in the industry, a fantastic achievement and a reflection of their hard work and commitment.

It takes a village, and this group had exactly that. A huge thank you to trainer Julie Wilcox, whose impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and to Student Support Coach Chrissy for supporting students every step of the way. πŸ’™

Thank you to our students for the trust you placed in IMPACT and in Julie. We look forward to seeing where your journey takes you, so keep in touch. 🌟
