Celebrating our Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing graduates! 🎓👏

Over 19 weeks, this special group has shown incredible perseverance, supporting one another and building strong bonds along the way. It’s been a joy to watch their confidence grow in and out of the classroom.

Under the guidance of IMPACT Community Services' longest-serving trainer, Sandy Baker, learning was anything but ordinary. From lively discussions and plenty of friendly banter to the occasional sneaky end-of-day quiz, Sandy kept everyone engaged and motivated. With support from Student Support Coach Chrissy and the wider team, this group formed a close-knit and supportive environment. 💙

This cohort includes students learning in a second language and one who travelled from Maryborough regularly to attend classes, a true reflection of their dedication.

Sandy hopes their learning doesn’t stop here, and neither do we.

Congratulations to Taye for completing her Business Administration Traineeship! 👏

After 22 weeks of hard work, she's more than earned her Certificate I in Workplace Skills.

At times, Taye wasn't sure if she could do it, but we always believed in her.

Taye fit into our WORKFit team seamlessly, helping them to boost the work-readiness of jobseekers across Bundaberg while strengthening her own skills.

Today, on Taye's last day as part of the IMPACT Community Services family, Taye received her certificate alongside a gift from the team.
