Teaching salary levels send the wrong signal to young people considering a career in education.

“And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn’t there?

Cruelty and injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission.

How did this happen? Who’s to blame?

Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told,

If you’re looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.”

V for vendetta

To all those who give away your power and freedom….

Slim Dusty 🤠
Australian Icon and legendary Country musician was a high school drop out.

Slim Dusty's formal schooling finished at the age of 12 when he planned to be a Country Musician. He picked up an old acoustic guitar and learnt to play songs by listening to the radio.

He was born in Kempsey on June 13, 1927.

At the age of 11, Gordon Kirkpatrick (Slim) announced he was opting out of his family name. He would be now known as Slim Dusty. One year later he left school.

Slim sang Waltzing Matilda at the Sydney Olympics to an estimated global audience of nearly 4 billion.

Not bad for a high school dropout from Kempsey.
