Recently I shared with a wonderful fellow practitioner from a modality that we are both now certifed in - that I felt I should change my name to Lara Rose. This came on the back of some amazing sessions that included reclaiming my heart, stepping back into my power and thanks to a mind-blowing, heart- opening demo session with ... think Egyptian Queen, embalmed heart, winged lions, heart healing and a Magdalene 🌹 Rose.

To those of you who've been curious about working with me, here's a reply to a beautiful soul following her inner knowing, that there is another way. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇

"Hey, thanks for reaching out. I was a teacher for 25yrs where my focus was on creating a safe space for my students and teaching them how to do life, as opposed to teaching content..when my daughter went thru her mental health challenges 5 years ago I trained in a number of modalities to help her and us move through them and to do my best to support her the best way possible.

From my personal experience with at least 5 medical professionals, the solution offered was firstly and generally only prescription based. Sadly, we found very little heart or soul in the long and challenging journey and found nobody was interested in treating the problem at the root cause, or considering the contributing factors, they were only interested in a band-aid solution.

Today, I work with people of all ages and stages to uncover where their mental health symptoms come from at the root cause and I work with the subconscious beliefs that create and drive these challenges. More often than not, they come from the unprocessed emotions trapped from past events or experiences. I teach people how to connect with and identify those core beliefs and gently guide them to release them, to make space for new beliefs. Once people see the power they have to take control of their situations and find the space to accept the parts of themselves they may feel have not felt safe to be seen or heard - then life becomes easier, clearer, and people go about their life finding new ways of being that allow them the freedom they've been yearning for.
