I am blown away by a few ‘coaches’ that I have seen advertising as BodyBuilding Comp Prep Coaches lately! People that have no actual qualifications or may have competed at some stage.
REALLY? Sorry but this really upsets me because going through a ‘prep’ isn’t something you just try one day? You don’t say ohh I will spend a few thousand dollars on coaches, bikinis, tan, make up, hair, shoes… hundreds of hours training, prepping meals, doing cardio… missing out on family dinners, meals out, parties… ONLY TO BE LET DOWN BY A ‘COACH’ that thinks they’ll give this coaching thing a go, only to NOT succeed because they didn’t have the knowledge to back what they say they can do!
I know everyone has to start somewhere and I’m all for that, after all that’s how we all got to doing what we are doing. But when I see a CLIENT of mine, who I know knew bu**er all about nutrition offering COMP PREP COACHING??????? Really?!?!

YO YO DIETING? BULKING? CUTTING?
Do you know you can lean bulk??? THERE IS NO NEED TO YO-YO!
There is a way to build lean body weight and not put on fat! If you are with a coach that goes between big calories deficits for ‘cuts’ and then puts you in a ‘growth’ phase where you gain fat…. THIS IS NOT HEALTHY for your body or mind!!!
It kills me to see people be put on calories as low as 1200 which isn’t sustainable and then gain even more back only to cycle over and over.
THERE IS ANOTHER WAY!!
If you under eat this significantly you WILL lose lean body weight and you WILL lower your metabolic rate, and you WONT feel good. THIS IS NOT HEALTHY.
