Cooking on Coventry is run by Nikki and Nerissa, who love cooking with their Thermomixes. Our aim is to inspire you to cook delicious meals and get the most out of your Thermomix. We show you how to make easy, family friendly food at our small cooking classes where we cook and you eat! Recipes, tips, hints and inspiration provided - all you need to bring is a pen and an appetite! Email us for more info or to be on our mailing list for dates of future classes.

We needed red curry paste for one of our dishes tomorrow. Nikki made the red curry paste & so we had a red curry chicken curry for lunch 🤤

It’s on this Tuesday 23rd March... that’s this week!!
It’s at Nerissa’s place in Aveley, full lunch (no taste tests at our class) recipe booklet & lots of laughs!
