Thank you Bulahdelah Buses for always keeping us safe on our adventures! The children all agree Paul is the best bus driver 🚍

Bulahdelah buses had the joy of transporting these sweet little children from the Bulahdelah Pre-school yesterday to their excursion at the Diary at Stewart River. Everyone was well behaved and had very nice manners, a great credit to Stacey and her wonderful staff at the pre-school.

Wear Pink - Community Preschools Day of Action Wed 15 October!

Tomorrow, all of our educators will participate in the Rally in Sydney to support the Community Preschool Day of Action and our fight for fair funding. We appreciate our committee’s ongoing commitment and support for this important initiative.

The ‘Not for Profit’ Preschools in the Great Lakes Electorate are very appreciative of Tanya Thompson MP for her time and support to hear our concerns and our campaign – ‘Start Strong Pay Fair’. This campaign advocates for fair pay and recognition for dedicated Teachers and Educators at community preschools.
Wingham Preschool, Flying Fox Mobile Preschool, Old Bar Community Preschool, Taree and District Preschool, Girrawong Preschool and Bulahdelah Preschool all met with Tanya Thompson today to express concerns that teachers and educators working in long day care services are paid at least 15% above us working in community preschools.
Community Preschool teachers have the same qualifications as teachers in schools but are paid up too 30% less. These pay gaps make it increasingly difficult for preschools to attract and retain passionate and qualified staff.
Bulahdelah Preschool will be closing the service on Wednesday 15th October so educators can attend the ‘Day of Action’ rally at Martin Place, Sydney. We are fortunate to have our committee who appreciate our teams dedication and professionalism each and every day to support the campaign for Start Strong, Pay Fair.
