Congratulations Larraine Moseley, who has officially just become a 💜 Qualified Irlen Diagnostician 💜

Larraine has a B. Education (Secondary), Grad. Dip. Teacher Librarianship 👩‍🎓, PLUS over 20 years experience as a teacher and teacher librarian.

Larraine is based in CAIRNS - which will be a relief for everyone in Cairns and on the Tablelands - who have been without a local diagnostician since the sad passing of Bill Spooner.

She also has first hand experience with Irlen Syndrome as a mum, advocated locally to raise awareness about Irlen Syndrome since 2016, and organised talks by Bill Spooner at local schools.

Irlen Syndrome affects so much more than reading. This neurological condition can affect the way different parts of the brain communicate with each other, and as a result, Irlen Syndrome can cause physical, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive changes and symptoms.
