🎉 That’s a Wrap on Summer Vacation Care 24/25! 🌞

Wow, what an incredible 6 weeks it’s been! A huge thank you to all our amazing children and families for making this Summer Vacation Care so special. The children and staff had an absolute blast, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the memories we’ve created together! 💛

From exciting excursions like Rush Adventure Land, fossicking fun at Opals Down Under, and a trip to the movies to see Moana 2, to awesome incursions and activities that kept us laughing, learning, and having fun—it’s been nothing short of amazing!

Now, we’re already looking forward to welcoming you back for Autumn Vacation Care 🍂 Keep an eye out for our booking form, which will be available soon! We can’t wait to share even more fun-filled adventures with you all!

🎨 Messy Play Day @ OSHC 🖌️

During Vacation Care, the children dove headfirst into the fun of Messy Play Day, and it was an absolute hit! From racing through a vibrant colour run to painting foam creations, exploring coloured rice and sand, and getting their hands dirty with muddy fun—there was no shortage of laughter and excitement.

Messy play is not just about getting dirty, it’s about sparking creativity, building sensory skills, and making memories that will last a lifetime. Who doesn’t love getting a little messy every now and then?

We’re already looking forward to the next round of mess-filled adventures! 💛

🌟 Mind Bubbles @ OSHC 🌟

This Summer Vacation Care, we were thrilled to have Miss Dani from the ELC, who is also part of the Mind Bubbles team, join us for an incredible program! 🫧

Miss Dani introduced our educators and children to a fun, evidence-based approach to understanding and managing big feelings and challenging behaviors. Using exercise-induced neuroplasticity, the program builds neural pathways and strengthens cognitive function—all through playful, engaging activities.

This initiative was perfect for helping our new little Prep students settle in over the holidays and empowering all our children to grow their hearts and minds 🧠💖

We can’t wait to continue this journey of learning, growth, and FUN together 🎉

🎄 Over the weekend, our team swapped the OSHC room for creativity and celebrated the year in true educator style—getting artsy with a paint and sip! 🎨✨

Our hearts are so full as we reflect on a year spent getting to know your incredible children and creating countless memories together. We are beyond grateful for the amazing educators who make up our team and bring so much joy, love, and passion to what we do every day.

Here’s to wrapping up 2024 with gratitude and looking ahead to an exciting 2025! We can’t wait to see what’s next! 🩷

🐾 Wilbur Wednesday! 🐾

We had a fantastic time with Wilbur and Harry the therapy dogs at ASC last term! 🌟 These furry friends bought joy, comfort, and companionship, helping to reduce stress, promote social skills, and enhance emotional well-being for our children.

We’re thrilled to announce that Wilbur and Harry will be back in the first week of our 2025 program! They’ll play a special role in helping our young people transition from ELC to OSHC, providing a warm and friendly presence during this important time. 🐶🫂

The children absolutely love them and we can’t wait to welcome them back! ❤️
