LET’S MAKE SURE THIS EVENT GETS OFF THE GROUND

Last year’s Event Champion is no longer at our beachside school, leaving a significant gap in the team behind Twilight on the Turf.

Following the cancellation of our Father’s Day event due to insufficient volunteers, the P&C is calling on families to jump in and help make Twilight on the Turf possible.

This Term 4 fundraiser requires 40 volunteers to operate safely. With one-hour shifts available, you don’t need to give up your whole afternoon to make a big difference.

CAN YOU CHAMPION THIS EVENT?

We need 2–3 parents to share the role of Event Champion and help coordinate the event. Sharing the role means no single person has to carry the full load. The P&C can help mentor our group of champions.

Whether you can champion the event, help with setup, supervise for an hour, join the bar crew or stay for pack-down, every person who puts their hand up helps Twilight on the Turf bounce into action.
