At Science of Jiu Jitsu we will help you develop skills with the aim of protecting yourself against, and also subduing, opponents. Weight loss, fitness, self-confidence, self-belief, mental stimulation and understanding of your own body are some of the benefits that you will gain from your time spent at SOJ.
