Congratulations to Olivia Annetta, who has been cast as Stella in the independent TV pilot Bean King, which has been filming in Melbourne over the past three weeks. Produced by and written by creator John Raftopoulos, the series is set against the cutthroat world of Melbourne’s fruit and vegetable night markets in the 1980s.

We are delighted for Olivia to add this exciting project to her growing list of screen and stage credits, which includes Safe Home, Bad Behaviour, Better Man, Tommy (Opera Australia), short films and some commercial campaigns.

Congratulations to Mannix Nardone, who recently filmed a small role in the independent TV pilot Bean King, which has been shooting in Melbourne over the past three weeks. Produced by Steve Bastoni and written by creator John Raftopoulos, the project marks an exciting milestone for Mannix as he makes his professional television debut. Congratulations to Quinn Butko who has been cast as Christian in the independent TV pilot Bean King, which has been filming in Melbourne over the past three weeks.

Produced by and written by creator John Raftopoulos, the pilot sees Quinn playing Christian, the son of Nick Varthos, portrayed by Costas Mandylor. The story is set in the cutthroat world of Melbourne’s fruit and vegetable night markets in the 1980s.

We couldn’t be more thrilled for Quinn as he makes his professional television debut which is an exciting milestone and a wonderful achievement!

Congratulations to on making his film debut as Young Lee in the upcoming 2026 Netflix miniseries adaptation of East of Eden starring and alongside co-star and directed by Laure de Clermont-Tonnerre and Garth Davis.

We could not be more excited for Caleb, who had the most wonderful experience working on this incredible project.

Caleb’s previous credits include Children’s Ensemble in Opera Australia’s Tosca, “C” in Melbourne Theatre Company’s What If If Only, Portly in Wind in the Willows for Australian Shakespeare Company, and Benjamin/Potiphar in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat by TML Enterprises.

Caleb has also appeared in television commercials and provided voiceovers for Spooky Files Series 2 and Adam Elliot’s animated feature Memoir of a Snail.
