We encourage art in all its forms and have spaces to create throughout the rooms and even on our chalkboard wall!

One of our swing/pod chairs. We have one in every room for clients who need to self-regulate through gentle movement during therapy. Squishmallows and sequinned cushions are also an essential part of our therapy toolkit!

There have been many versions of this, I particularly like this one.
We are all in the same boat. Your child won’t ‘fall behind’ because that requires a comparison to a population that hasn’t been impacted. And there isn’t one.
Look after yourself, connect with your children and trust that they can catch up.

Right now things are pretty challenging for a lot of families. Even if you are lucky enough to have safe and comfortable accommodation, access to basic necessities and be in a low risk group, there are still challenges for each of us. I am one of those who is fortunate enough to not have any major challenges right now; however, I that doesn't mean I haven't struggled. [ 178 more words ]
