BROOME PRIMARY GETS A SOUND BOOST 🔊

The P&C were very happy to provide funding to Broome Primary School for a new speaker and microphone system, helping improve communication at school events, assemblies and activities.

It’s a great example of what our P&C fundraising makes possible. Every sausage sizzle, bake sale and event helps us give back to our school and support our whole school community.

Shinju Matsuri Float Parade
What a fantastic day for Broome PS at the Shinju Matsuri Float Parade last Sunday! We had an incredible contingent of students, parents and staff come along to celebrate our school’s 125th Anniversary, with our float decorated to mark this very special milestone. We were thrilled to be awarded the Best School & Children Float Award, receiving a certificate and $500! A massive thank you to everyone who participated, supported and represented BPS on the day. What an amazing day it was last Friday at the 2026 Faction Athletics Carnival🏃‍♀️🏆A huge thank you to our P&C for their support with the delicious food and bake sale. Congratulations to all our students for giving their best and to Durack for the You Can Do It Trophy and Miller for taking out the carnival! 🎉👏

Last Wednesday we celebrated our Kindy and Pre-Primary students with a fun Sports Carnival! A joyful morning of games, races, and smiles as our little athletes cheered each other on!

🏃‍♀️ BPS ATHLETICS CARNIVAL IS TOMORROW! 🏃‍♂️

🌭 Check out the BPS P&C Canteen Menu below for all the food, drinks and treats that will be available throughout the day.

🧁 Bake sale donations: If you’re dropping off any goodies, please bring them to the Haynes Oval canteen tomorrow morning. Thank you!

☕ And don’t forget, Beyond the Bean Broome will be serving up hot drinks from 7:30am at the oval — the perfect way to start the day with a coffee!
