This week we welcomed Port Hedland Primary School Year 6 students and staff for a fantastic camp along with Looma Remote Community School for a highly successful Inclusive Education Day.
Throughout the week, students took part in a range of meaningful, engaging, hands-on experiences including Science on Country, exploring native and European bees and learning about their important role in our environment.
Students also discovered a Bowerbird nest along the Yawuru Trail, explored our sustainable off grid Aquaponics system and created their own colourful tie-dye shirts.
It was wonderful to see students learning, exploring, supporting one another and confidently Challenging themselves in such a positive and inclusive environment.
Thank you to the students, visiting staff and Broome Camp School team for contributing to another memorable week!

Broome Surf Life Saving Club is hosting the Sunset Carnival and they will be welcoming clubs from across WA to escape the cold weather down South! City of Bunbury Surf Life Saving Club, Esperance Goldfields Surf Life Saving Club, Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club and Dampier will be battling it out on our beautiful Cable Beach!

🤩🤩Kimberley Cup Wrap Up 2026!🤩🤩
What an incredible week of sport, teamwork, culture and connection!
Students from across the Kimberley came together to compete, challenge themselves, build friendships and represent theirs schools with pride.
A big thank you to the students and staff from all the schools for making it a fantastic week. Without the dedication of all the staff events like these would not happen.
A special mention and thank you to the Broome Camp School staff for their efforts in preparing the camp and delivering appoxmimatly 4500 meals over the week! It is a privilege to work in such a dedicated team 🙏👌👍 wa
