Fascia is one of the most talked about frontiers in movement right now. This Saturday Fran Philipps brings her R&R Myofascial Release Workshop to our Brookvale studio, and it's built for teachers who want to take that conversation from theory into practice.
Using R&R therapy balls, Fran works through targeted release, breath and mindful movement to reach the restrictions that stretching and mobilising tend to leave behind. You will feel the shift in your own body, and you will leave with techniques you can take straight into your teaching.
It suits any teacher wanting to deepen how they understand and address soft tissue restriction, whether your clients are training hard or sedentary.
