Great leaders aren’t built by experience alone. They’re shaped by what they learn along the way.
You’re already leading people, making decisions, and shaping culture.
The only question is whether you’re learning as intentionally as you lead.
Here are five books to challenge how you think about leadership, and to help you to:
1. Build trust and fix team dynamics
2. Multiply the intelligence around you
3. Turn good into great
4. Create psychological safety
5. Lead with real accountability
Better leadership isn’t about doing more. It’s about thinking differently.

Welcome to The Growth Faculty, Liz!
We’re thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Baldwin to Growth Faculty as our new Event Producer and yes, we’re easing her in gently… by asking her to deliver our Michelle Obama events this May. No pressure at all, Liz!
Liz brings 15+ years of experience delivering high-profile global events, managing everything from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and awards programs with thousands of attendees. She’s led event portfolios across Australia and the UK, worked with major brands like Salesforce, AWS and Telstra, and is known for creating exceptional experiences that drive both audience engagement and commercial outcomes.
In short: if it’s complex, high-profile and needs to run flawlessly, Liz has probably already done it (and improved it).
We couldn’t be more excited to have her bringing that energy, experience and calm-in-the-chaos mindset to our events.
Welcome to Growth Faculty, Liz.

The biggest opportunity with AI is rethinking how work actually gets done.
Ask yourself:
Where is time lost?
Where do decisions slow down?
Where does knowledge go unused?
That’s where AI can do the heavy lifting.
Used well, it can:
Reduce repetitive work and free up thinking time
Turn scattered information into usable insight
Accelerate how teams move from idea to ex*****on
Unlock entirely new ways to create value
But this only happens when leaders move beyond awareness… and into adoption.
Dawid Naude’s 3-part program: How to Master AI adoption, breaks down what that shift looks like in practice. Session 1 starts April 8.

Does this sound like your team’s adoption right now?
Experimenting with AI in pockets. A few tools here. A few prompts there. Some excitement, some nervousness. But without clear direction, it stays fragmented.
How to Master AI Adoption: Executive Sprint with Dawid Naude, is designed to change that.
In three focused sessions, Dawid Naude works directly with leaders to move beyond experimentation into structured, confident adoption.
Dawid will show leaders how to:
→ Use AI as the executive assistant you need
→ Build repeatable workflows that actually save time
→ Understand what tools your organisation actually needs
→ Move from individual usage to team-wide adoption
And importantly:
How to do this responsibly with governance and guardrails in mind.

Welcome back to Growth Faculty, Simmone!
We’re thrilled to welcome Simmone Franzi to The Growth Faculty as our new Business Development Manager, joining our rapidly growing sales team.
Simmone brings more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales and commercial leadership, with a track record of opening new markets, building trusted executive relationships and converting complex opportunities into real growth.
Her career spans industries including ed-tech, SaaS, professional services, hospitality, climate tech and facilities services, where she’s led national sales strategies, managed complex tenders and built high-value partnerships with senior decision makers. In short, if there’s a deal to be done, Simmone probably already has a spreadsheet, a pipeline and a plan for it.
The fun twist? Simmone actually knows Growth Faculty well — she previously worked with us as an APAC Industry Lead, so we’re very happy to have her back helping drive the next phase of growth.
