Congratulations to our Years 7/8 Touch team who won the Sydney Metro West Schools Touch Football Tournament on Tuesday.
After a series of round games, they progressed through to the semi final where they defeated Holy Cross College Ryde in a tight game before showing great composure to defeat Trinity College Summer Hill in a close final.
Our Year 9/10 team also had a great tournament defeating Patrician Brothers Blacktown in their semi before being defeated by a strong Holy Cross outfit in the final.
Both teams now progress to the State Finals later in the year.

From Monday 22nd June until Wednesday 24th June, Villanova College, our brother Augustinian school from Brisbane will be visiting St Augustine’s for the annual tour between the two schools. This tradition goes back 75 years as the College’s compete in Chess, Debating, Basketball, Football and Rugby Union as well as a meeting of the student leaders. This year there will also be a music concert of combined Villanova and St Augustine’s students. It is a fantastic few days, and a very important time in our Sport and Co-Curricular calendar. Villanova are bringing approximately 90 staff and students.
A massive thank you to all the families who are hosting boys from Villanova in your homes for the tour.
