Yeshivah of Flatbush

Yeshivah of Flatbush In the years to come, we look forward to continuing the traditions of excellence, innovation and leadership that have made us a world-renowned institution.

Since 1927, the Yeshivah of Flatbush has stood at the forefront of American Jewish education and has set the standard of excellence emulated by other academic institutions. It has imbued its students with a thirst for knowledge, a commitment to Torah and Zionism, a love of the Hebrew language and the dedication to serve the greater Jewish and secular communities. The school philosophy is a synthes

is of Judaic studies, liberal arts and extracurricular activities that places great emphasis on the students' character development. It has evolved into a unique complement of Jewish and American values that focuses on all aspects of education and enables our graduates to meet the challenges of college and life.

As our soldiers in Israel fight to protect Medinat Yisrael, our students at Yeshivah of Flatbush continue to do chessed, mitzvot and pray for their success and well being. Please watch the Elementary School Choir singing the Mi Sheberach prayer for the IDF, highlighting just a taste of what has been happening in our Yeshivah over the past month. We hope it provides chizuk for all of Am Yisrael during this challenging time. Am Yisrael Chai.

Last week, the Naomi Houllou A”H Ladies Auxiliary hosted its annual Tennis Tournament at the home of Serene and David Azar. Over 150 excited players geared up to compete in tennis and basketball. Guests enjoyed a full day of activities from exercise to children’s portraits, “Mommy and Me” and an art class, all in memory of Sarine Tebele A”H. As always, there was an elegant auction and a gourmet lunch prepared by our very own Flatbush moms. Special thanks to all the dedicated and passionate volunteers who helped make the day so successful.

The event was graciously hosted by Paulina and Ralph Azrak. Thank you to Paulina Azrak and Rachel Chraime for their hard work to make this event a success!
