Due to lack of nutrition and poor soil quality, most of us have low zinc levels. Zinc is vital for optimal health.
When you see your doctor next, ask for Zinc and Copper test as these two are important.
RBC Zinc level is a better lab value to assess optimal zinc levels.
Nutritional support for male infertility:-
There is significant evidence of the importance of diet and nutritional supplementation in maintaining detoxification pathways. These nutrients include milk thistle, NAC, glutathione, and calcium D-glucurate.
L-Arginine/Citrulline: required for s***matogenesis and hormone secretion. Numerous studies have shown increased s***m count and motility.
L-Carnitine: serves as an energy substrate for s***matozoa; antioxidant properties and provides energy to the testicles and s***matozoa.
