Level One Beginners Pattern/Form

King Tiger is teaching smaller classes to ensure social distancing.

Monday and Wednesday

King Tiger Cubs (5-6 years) 4.00pm to 4.50pm
King Tiger Kids (7-9 years) 5.00pm to 5.50pm
King Tiger Youth (10-14 years) 6.00pm to 7.00pm

Please ensure you attend your nominated class - new students should contact the instructor to arrange an appointment before visiting the dojang.

- Students who are ill should no attend
- Students should attend just before the class start to allow the previous class to leave
- Students should bring and only use their own water bottle
- Students should attempt to maintain, 1.5 m, social distancing
- Wash/sanitise hands using products provided where possible
- Spectators are not permitted within the dojang

King Tiger regrets to announce as per the recommendations of the Federal and State Governments, King Tiger Martial Arts classes will be suspended.

Apologies for any inconvenience but these measures are being taken in the best interest of the community and martial artists must be willing to serve the community in any way they can which in this case entails abstaining from normal training activities.

Please try to stay active during the break and if you can, try to work through the standard class mobility/flexibility exercises (joint articulations, animal walks, leg raises etc.) regularly and practise solo-training exercises like shadow boxing, kicking drills and patterns where you can.

All students, family and friends stay well, be positive and try to keep active during these difficult times. See you soon on the other side.

Please note we have established a relationship with Outback Taekwon-Do and students may now train with Chris Sabeom at these times Monday through Thursday. Please inquire with Chris Sabeom or Trever Boosabeom for more information.

Chris Sabeom, Trever Boosabeom and Grandmaster Yun (Chongkwanjangnim) have a long relationship together.
