Sacred Heart Parish School Sacred Heart Parish School is a coeducational School for students from Kindergarten to Year 6 in the Wilcannia Forbes Diocese.

Sacred Heart is staffed by lay teachers. The spirit of both the Mercy Sisters and Marist Brothers continues. Stage 3 Excursion 🚌
After the Chinese Dragon Museum, we immersed ourselves in our Catholic faith as we toured the beautiful and historic Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bendigo! ⛪️ Our tour guide was very impressed with our reverence and enthusiasm as we prayed the Angelus to the sound of the Cathedral bells at midday. 🔔🙏

This was followed by an exciting visit to the Discovery Science and Technology Centre where students experienced the thrill of the southern hemisphere's tallest vertical slide! 🛝

We finished off our time in Bendigo with an intriguing ride through the city on the Talking Tram. 🚃
It was a fantastic day, and students are ready for a good night’s rest before another day of exploring and adventuring tomorrow! 🩵💙

Stage 3 Excursion 🚌

We had a blast at Sovereign Hill today, enjoying panning for gold, a gold pouring demonstration, Red Hill Mine tour and lots of exploring! ⭐️🏆
We ended the day with a visit to the Eureka Centre, involving lots of hands on and interactive learning about the Eureka Stockade and the history of democracy in Australia. Another wonderful day! 😊🩵💙
