Silkman Austen Brown Lawyers is a well-established law firm with offices in Broken Hill, Cobar and Dubbo. We are currently seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Broken Hill office.

We practice across criminal law, family law, conveyancing, estate planning and administration, and civil disputes.

The Role

This role is often the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, so a professional and welcoming approach is essential.

Duties will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
- Handling and triaging client enquiries and providing general information about our services
- Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry and document preparation
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining firm calendars
- Working collaboratively with team members across the firm
