After 16 years, I’ve made one of the biggest and most emotional decisions of my life. I’ve sold All Things Uniform. Even writing those words doesn’t quite feel real.
Sixteen years ago I opened the doors with a dream, a lot of determination, and no real idea of where the journey would take me. Looking back now, I could never have imagined the incredible community that would grow around my business.
All Things Uniform has never just been a business to me. It has been a huge part of my life. It’s where I’ve celebrated successes, faced challenges, learned countless lessons, laughed with customers, cried through difficult days, and formed friendships that will last a lifetime.
Thank you for choosing us year after year, & for recommending us to your family and friends.
Thank you for your patience during our busy seasons, for your kind words, your encouragement, your loyalty and your belief in what I was trying to build.
Every single order, every conversation and every smiling face that walked through our doors helped shape All Things Uniform into what it is today.
You have given me so much more than a successful business. You’ve given me memories I’ll carry with me forever.
It gives me great comfort to know that the business is being passed on to people who are genuinely excited about its future. Settlement will take place on 1st September when local business owners Ankit & Jigar (from the Commercial Hotel/Top Pub Broadford) will officially become the new owners. Dont hesitate to reach out to them anytime on

I know they’ll bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a commitment to looking after the wonderful customers who have made this business so special. I’ll also be working alongside them and the existing staff during the transition to help make the handover as smooth as possible, its business as usual moving forward.
As for me… it’s time for a new chapter - Chapter 56 !
For the first time in a very long time, I’m looking forward to slowing down a little.
Owning a small business is one of the most rewarding things a person can do, but it also comes with sacrifices that few people ever see. The early mornings, the late nights, the sleepless hours, the weekends that disappear, or the family moments quietly missed while you’re doing everything you can to build something successful.
But now, it’s time to give some of that time back.
Time with my children, who have shared me with this business for so many years.
Time with my beautiful mum, creating memories while we still have the chance.
Time to lace up my running shoes and say “yes” to another crazy running adventure or two, because exploring this incredible world has always filled my heart.
Most of all, time to simply be present.
As I step away, I do so with an incredibly full heart, knowing that together we built something very special. Not because of one person, but because of a community that chose to support a small local business, year after year.
Thank you for every conversation, every recommendation, for every order & Thank you for every word of encouragement when I needed it most.
But most of all… Thank you for being part of my story.
