PHYSICAL strength, MENTAL flexibility and EMOTIONAL balance (all together)!!!

To be and do good, we need to feel good (physically, mentally and emotionally)!!

COW AND CAT is the name of our HOLISTIC SCHOOL and also two yoga poses that combined strengthen, flexibilize and balance the back as well as promotes a meditative state in the practitioners.

For us, it means much more:

COW is "mum/dad/caregiver" who gives milk and feeds.

CAT is "children" who become more and more independent but also loving.

Peace and respect (cow) + inner connection and authenticity (cat).

The well-being and harmony we long for is achieved through YOGA and Mindfulness, with the family engaged, involved and in control of learning.

COW = tranquility, nutrition and patience, attributes of Aware caregivers.

CAT = self-love, spontaneity and curiosity, qualities of Awakened children.

In we believe that with these qualities fullfilness, harmony and true happiness happen in a family.
