Through the collaboration between Transurban , Former Origin Greats, and the ARTIE Academy ARTIE #1 Driving School, life-changing opportunities continue to be created for young people building confidence, independence, and brighter futures.

🚗 Over 40 students across SEQ achieved their provisional licence through the Transurban ARTIE #1 Driving School program in 2025 achievement that opens doors to new possibilities and greater freedom.

Big things are rolling into 2026 at Marsden! 🚗✨

The ARTIE Academy Driver Licensing Program is proud to launch the next chapter of the Driver Licensing Program at Marsden SHS and it’s bigger and better than ever.

Thanks to our amazing partnership with RACQ, we now have a newly branded learner driver vehicle ready for students to hit the road with confidence.

This program is all about supporting our students on their driver journey helping them build skills, confidence, and complete their 100 logbook hours safely and successfully.

We can’t wait to see our learners behind the wheel and on the road to independence! 💛

Congratulations to the ARTIE Students who have recently achieved their Ps. Students from Deception Bay State High School’s ARTIE Academy Driver Licensing Program had an incredible opportunity to visit the Mobility Centre for a full inclusion day of hands-on learning and real-world experience. Through this valuable partnership with RACQ, students took part in key driver education sessions led by their expert education team. From navigating the bends of the road circuit to practicing essential maneuvers in the large vehicle maneuvering area, students gained practical skills in a safe and supportive environment. They also engaged in interactive learning sessions within the Mobility Hub, deepening their understanding of road safety and responsible driving. It was a fantastic experience that empowered students with confidence, knowledge, and skills for their journey towards becoming safe drivers.
