And THE most important one - “collaborating is cheating”.

This is my little guy and he makes me so proud! He is off to business school for kids today and the next 2 days. He is going to learn how to create his own business (thanks to Fiftysix Creations for the opportunity) and then pitch it to judges and an audience. He is so excited. He was even more excited when we arrived to find that the coaches of the class will ask everyone to subscribe to his YouTube channel as that more than smashes his goal he set for the year!

In no way does he let ADHD define him or limit him. He accepts that some people won’t like him and/or find his actions difficult to understand and continues to see the good in everyone.

It took ages for him to show empathy but he now has it in massive amounts. He is a real sweetheart and when people just give him a chance they see the real him and love him to bits.

I love my precious time with him, he is frequently my offsider for work commitments so we are in the car together a lot. We are often rocking it out together in the car and make no apologies for the smiles and laughter we give to people when they peek in our car and see us rocking it out.

ADHD doesn't have to define or limit these kids if you look at it alternatively and work with the strengths and find ways to work through the challenges (I can help with that, just PM me).

We have had many challenges, both big and small and I have no doubt we will have more because that is life but I am confident that together we will build the skills to get through it.
