The Co-curricular Arts program is a vibrant department of the School and has grown significantly to support the artistic endeavours of our student cohort. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Ensemble Director and Specialist Upper Strings Instructor to join our close knit ‘Arts’ team.

In this DUAL role you will provide private and/or group lessons in Cello/Double Bass (approx. 8.5 hours per week), including the preparation and delivery of Cello and Double Bass; monitor, evaluate and report on student progress; prepare students for music presentations throughout the year; and maintain accurate records of student progress.

When working as a Classroom Tutor, you will provide lessons to Year 3 students within the Junior School as part of their dedicated timetable. This is a part-time commitment of 3.5 hours per week for the Strings Classroom Tutor work, plus additional approved hours to support performance requirements.

You will be paid by the School directly for your Classroom Tutor work and will be under the terms of a Service Agreement for your Specialist Upper Strings tuition where you will invoice families directly for your time. The hourly rate for all work is $82 per hour in line with the QMTA rates.

Redcliffe Musical Theatre is proud to announce AUDITIONS for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat for a March 15 to 24 season at the Redcliffe Entertainment Centre.
We are looking for some larger than life performers for Joseph, the Narrators and the Pharaoh and triple threat performers for the roles of Joseph's brothers and their wives. We are also looking for a Children's Ensemble. This will be a high-energy, singing, dancing colorful production.
We realise that the time-line for auditions is short and so if you are not available to audition in person we are more than happy to take a video submission.
