Meanjin DJ Ra66it has carved out a distinct space in the local scene through a instinctive approach to mixing. Seamlessly merging bass-heavy rhythms with sassy progressive and psychedelic cuts, ra66it thrives at a party’s tipping point, when the energy reaches fever pitch and the only direction left is harder, faster and swampier.

His sets unfold like a journey through a forest at night: tense, emotional, unpredictable and deeply immersive. ra66it has shared lineups with artists including Mabel, Aloka, Hannah D and Pureblast, and is also one half of Mentat, a collaborative project with Meanjin mainstay FREEMAN.
